They say a picture is worth a thousand words, nothing could be truer when it comes to real estate.  In 2007 it was reported that 80% of home buyers used the internet to research and look at photos of homes.  It’s not hard to believe that if a photo wasn’t appealing online, that buyer was more likely to not consider viewing the home in person.  By hiring an experienced photographer you’re guaranteed a service that delivers high resolution quality photos, well lit scenery, and an eye for composition. Allow me to make you’re job easier by doing what I love and taking a little bit of the pressure off of you.

Remember, with more homes on the market, the homes that look good on the web have a distinct advantage over ones that don’t.

Residential Pricing:

0-6 Photos $ 70.00
7-10 Photos $100.00
11-20 Photos $125.00
21-39 Photos $150.00

Scheduling:

Please contact me via telephone 866-568-8008 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              866-568-8008      end_of_the_skype_highlighting or the contact me page no less than 24 hours before your preferred shoot time. The shoot will take between 1 and 2 hours.  Most homes can be shot in 1.5 hours, although some shoots may take longer.

What to Expect

Upon Arrival

The agent, home owner or someone designated to represent either party should be present upon arrival of the property.   Please disclose with me any special requests concerns or issues with regards to the property.  Homeowner should have home prepared for shoot before arrival.  I may remove any items that may interfere with the outcome of the photos; however, I will not be responsible for re-staging or re-decorating a home.

After the Session

All photos will be digitally processed, formatted and enhanced to high light the property attributes.

All photos are emailed for fast return and easy download and include:

* A set of high resolution images for quality printing
* A set of images optimized for the web/ML

Photos will be delivered with in 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted.
