Photo Rights and Usage:

•    All images remain copyright of Photography of Charlotte in perpetuate unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
•    Unless specified otherwise by signed agreement, all licensing rights granted by the Photography of Charlotte are for non-exclusive use of the images in question.
•    Any use of our images or materials without a signed agreement and payment in full is unauthorized and constitutes infringement.
•    Residential Real Estate: Images and materials are non-exclusively licensed to the client for the sole and express purpose of the marketing for sale or lease of that particular property for the duration of the listing.
•    Loss of representation of the property for any reason immediately revokes all rights to use all images and materials provided unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
Payment Clause:

License doesn’t begin until payment is received in full at time of appointment.
